Yin / Yang Flow

Yin Yoga involves holding poses for an extended period, ​typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. ​While other forms of yoga primarily target the muscles, ​Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues that surround ​and support the joints.

Vinyasa Yoga

Popular and dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the ​coordination of breath with movement. Often generates ​internal heat within the body. This heat can help with ​detoxification, increased circulation, and increased ​flexibility.

Hatha Yoga

Focuses on physical postures, breath control, and ​meditation to promote overall health and well-being. ​The word "hatha" itself is derived from two Sanskrit ​words: "ha" meaning sun and "tha" meaning moon.

Power Yoga
