Our Classes
Yin / Yang Flow
Yin Yoga involves holding poses for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. While other forms of yoga primarily target the muscles, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues that surround and support the joints.
Vinyasa Yoga
Popular and dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the coordination of breath with movement. Often generates internal heat within the body. This heat can help with detoxification, increased circulation, and increased flexibility.
Hatha Yoga
Focuses on physical postures, breath control, and meditation to promote overall health and well-being. The word "hatha" itself is derived from two Sanskrit words: "ha" meaning sun and "tha" meaning moon.
Power Yoga
physical intensity. It involves a series of flowing and fast-paced yoga postures (asanas) that are performed with an emphasis on strength and stamina. This can lead to a challenging workout that can raise your heart rate and induce sweating.
